Refund Policy 退款政策

1. If the centre closes before the course starts, the course fee will be refunded immediately in full to the student.

2. If the course cannot be conducted as per the arrangement, date, or time stated in the tuition fee receipt or course leaflet and the student refuses to accept the new arrangement offered by the centre, the centre will refund the course fee in full or in proportion to the student as soon as possible and in any case not more than one month after the student makes a request for a refund.

3. If the course is suspended after the course starts, the centre will refund the course fee in proportion to the student as soon as possible and in any case not more than one month.

1. 如果中心在課程開始前關閉，課程費用將立即全額退還給學生。

2. 如果課程無法按照學費收據或課程小冊子中所述的安排、日期或時間進行，並且學生拒絕接受中心提供的新安排，中心將儘快全額或按比例退還課程費用給學生，並且在任何情況下不會超過學生提出退款要求後的一個月。

3. 如果課程在開始後暫停，中心將儘快按比例退還課程費用給學生，並且在任何情況下不會超過一個月。
