STUDENT MUST-KNOWS | 學生須知

All students are required to read this student notice before formally attending the course. By participating in the course, you unconditionally agree and accept all the following conditions.

所有學生於正式上課前，均需閱讀本學生須知，參予課程即表示無條件同意和接受下面全部條件。為向各位同學提供良好的學習環境，同學必須遵守以下學生守則。在這篇文章中你將會了解到 :

Registration and Payment 報名及繳費

Before enrolling in a course, students should carefully consider the difficulty level, date, and time of the course. If you cannot attend the course due to personal reasons (including going abroad for further studies, immigration or dropping out of school), the centre will not refund the tuition fee.
The centre accepts a variety of payment methods to pay tuition fees. For details, please refer to Payment Arrangements.
Tuition fees paid by students cannot be refunded or transferred to others for use, except for the circumstances listed in the Refund Policy.
New students should pay the full tuition fee before the first class of the course. Students who continue to take courses should pay the next tuition fee before the 25th of each month (monthly fee courses)/the last class (class fee courses). If the tuition fee is not paid before the deadline, the center has the right to refuse students from entering the classroom; the student will also be suspended and all relevant registration information may be cancelled. The centre has the right to transfer the degree to the new students. The new students will not be given the past handouts.
The centre accepts payment of tuition fees in cash or cheque. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. If a cheque is returned, the tuition fee must be paid in cash within the deadline, otherwise the center will cancel their enrollment.
Students are requested to keep all payment receipts properly.
If there are any changes in personal information, students should notify the centre immediately. If the information provided by the students is wrong or incomplete, resulting in the centre's failure to notify the news in time, the centre will not bear any responsibility.

學生於報讀課程前，應仔細考慮課程之程度、上課日期及時間。如因個人理由 (包括赴海外升學，移民或退學) 而不能上課，本中心將不會退回學費。
本中心接受多種付款方式繳付學費，詳情請參閱《付款方式》
學生所繳交之學費，除《退款政策》所列的情況外，一概不能退還或轉讓他人使用。
新學生請於課程的第一堂上課前繳付全數學費，續課的同學請於每月25日（按月收費課程）／最後一課（按堂數收費課程）前繳交下期學費。未能於限期前繳交學費者，本中心有權拒絕學生入課室上課；而該學生亦作停補論，一切有關登記資料亦可能會被註銷。本中心有權將學位轉讓予插班新生。插班新生不會獲派發過往之講義。
本校可以現金、支票繳付學費，期票不被接受，如出現退票情況，必須於限期內以現金補交學費，否則本中心會取消其學籍。
所有繳費收據，學生請妥善保存。
學生如有任何個人資料更改，應立刻通知本中心，如因學生所提供之資料錯誤或不全，導致本中心未能及時通知各項消息，本中心將不會負上任何責任。

Class Matters 上課事宜

Students must obey instructions and abide by the Classroom Rules.
Parents should let their children attend classes independently unless required by the course.
Students should dress neatly and neatly before class. Students should bring their own stationery and supplies to class.
Students should attend class on time. The centre will not make up for any lateness, early departure or early withdrawal. All fees paid will not be refunded.
Students must take care of their personal belongings and property. The centre will not be responsible for any lost items or property within the centre.
Please take care of public property. If there is any damage, you must pay the price and your student status will be cancelled. The centre reserves all rights to pursue responsibility.
If the instructor takes leave for personal reasons, the school will arrange another instructor to substitute without further notice. If a substitute instructor cannot be arranged, the centre will notify by phone or on the spot. The original class will be postponed or the make-up class time will be notified separately. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
The school has the right to change the original course instructor and will also change the original teaching content as needed without further notice.
Students must abide by the rules of the center. If they violate the rules, the center will give a verbal warning and notify their parents/guardians according to the severity of the violation, or consider expelling them. The fees paid will not be refunded.

學生需要完全服從導師指示並遵守《課室規則》。
如非課程需要, 否則家長應讓子女獨立上課。
學生上課前應保持著裝及儀容整潔，上課時須自備文具及用品。
學生請依時上課，任何情況下遲到、早退或提前退學，本中心恕不補堂／補時，所有繳費概不退還。
學生的個人物品及財物必須自行小心保管，如於中心範圍內遺失物品或財物本中心一概不會負責。
愛惜公物，如有損毀，須照價賠償及會被取消學籍，本中心並會保留一切追究責任之權利。
如導師因事請假，本校將安排另一位導師代課，不作另行通知。若未能安排代課導師，本中心會以電話或即場通知，原有課堂將會順延或另行通知補課時間，不便之處，敬請見諒。
本校有權更改原定之課程導師，亦會因應需要更改原本教學內容而不作另行通知。
學生必須遵守本中心之規則，如有違反規則者，中心會按嚴重程度口頭警告及通知家長/監護人，或考慮開除其學藉而所繳費用恕不退還。

Leaving Arrangements and Make-up Classes 告假安排及補課事宜

Homework tutoring classes are monthly courses and no make-up classes are provided.
Unless otherwise announced, the tutorial class is closed on statutory public holidays in Hong Kong. Refer to Hong Kong Public Holidays.
If students need to take leave (for example: illness, make-up classes on campus, travel or other activities), they must notify the centre 24 hours before the class day to reserve make-up class time. If students are unable to apply for sick leave 24 hours in advance due to illness, they must notify the center 4 hours before the class and submit a doctor's certificate within one week before they can be handled at their discretion.
Make-up classes must be arranged in the month. If they are missed, they will be invalid and no refund will be given. Students who are absent without prior notice will not be arranged to make up classes.
Our centre provides a maximum of 1 make-up class per month for our specialized tutorial courses. No make-up classes will be provided for classes beyond 1 class. If the student fails to attend the make-up class and does not notify the school, no tuition or make-up fee will be refunded.
Tuition fees for missed classes cannot be transferred to the next month's course or deferred payment.

功課輔導班為月費課程，不設補課。
除特別宣布，補習班於香港法定公眾假期休息。參考【香港公眾假期】。
學生如需告假 (例如：生病、校內補課、旅行或其他活動)，必須於上課日24小時前通知本中心，以便預留補課時間。學生因病未能於24小時前申請病假，必須於上課前4小時前通知本中心，並於一星期內提交醫生証明書，方獲酌情處理。
補堂須於該月安排補回，逾期作廢，並不獲退款。無預先通知而缺席之學生將不獲安排補堂。
本中心專科補習課程提供一個月最多1節的補課，超過1節以外的均不獲補課。如學生在補課時間未能出席又未有通知校方，學費或補課費用均不會退還。
不可將未補堂之學費撥落下月課程或順延繳交。

Weather 惡劣天氣上課事宜

For arrangements for inclement weather, please refer to Weather Arrangements.
Regarding typhoon or rainstorm warnings, our centre will follow the instructions of the Education Bureau on whether to suspend classes. Our centre will not make individual notifications for the above situations. Parents of students: please pay attention to weather reports from the Hong Kong Observatory.
If the weather conditions are unstable, parents must decide whether to send their children to class.
If the class is cancelled due to inclement weather, our centre will not provide make-up classes or refunds.
Due to typhoons, rainstorms or the announcement of suspension of classes by the Education Bureau, the original class will be postponed or the make-up class time will be notified separately. If students fail to attend the make-up class time, they can apply for a transfer class. The center will not accept refund applications affected by the above situation.

有關惡劣天氣安排，請參看《惡劣天氣安排》。
有關颱風或暴雨警告，本中心將依照教育局指示是否停課。上述情況本中心將不作個別通知，學生家長請留意香港天文台的天氣報告。
如天氣情況不穩定，家長須自行決定是否送子女上課。
如受惡劣天氣影響而取消之課堂，本中心不設補堂或退款。
受颱風、暴雨影響或教育局宣佈停課，原有課堂將會順延或另行通知補課時間，如學生未能於補課時間上課，可到申請轉堂，而本中心將不會接納受上述情況影響之退款申請。

Infectious Disease Control Measures 傳染病控制措施

Any student who has symptoms of infectious diseases/severe influenza, such as fever or severe cough, is not allowed to attend class. Parents must immediately take the student out of the centre for medical treatment and return home to rest. After recovery, they can return to the centre for class with the doctor's consent.
Any student who has symptoms of mild influenza, such as runny nose or mild cough, must wear a mask.
Students need to bring their own masks. If students do not have them, the center also provides masks at a price of $5 HKD each.
If students are asked but refuse to wear masks, the centre has the right to refuse students from entering the premises.
Any class that cannot be attended due to illness will not be made up.
6Students are responsible for keeping the classroom clean. If a student accidentally vomits in the centre, parents must clean up the classroom or pay a cleaning fee of $200 HKD.

任何學生如出現傳染病／嚴重流行性感冒的病徵，如發燒或嚴重咳嗽，該學員不得上課。家長必須立即帶學生離開本中心求診及返家休息。痊癒後獲醫生同意，方可回到本中心上課。
任何學員如出現輕微流行性感冒的病徵，如流鼻水或輕微咳嗽，必須佩戴口罩。
學生需要自備口罩，如學生沒有配備，本中心亦有口罩提供，每個售價港幣五元正。
如何學生被要求而又拒絕配戴口罩，本中心有權拒絕學生進入中心範圍。
任何因病而未能參與的課堂，不會予以補課。
學生有責任保持課室清潔，若學生不慎在中心範圍內嘔吐，家長需要代為清潔或繳付賠償清潔費港幣二百元正。

Other 其他事項

A 24-hour CCTV monitoring system is installed in the centre; the video footage is for security purposes only.
In addition to written notification from parents, the centre has the right to use students' class photos and class videos for publicity or recording.
The centre reserves the right to modify this student must-know without further notice.

中心範圍內設有24小時閉路電視監察系統，所得錄像僅供保安之用。
除家長書面通知外，本中心具有可使用學生的上課照片及上課影片作宣傳或記錄之權利。
本校保留修改此學生須知之權利，而不作另行通知。
