Weather Arrangements 天氣安排

When Typhoon Warning Signal No. 1 or No. 3 is in effect, High Flyer Education Centre will continue to teach as usual.

When Yellow and Red Rainstorm Warnings are in effect, High Flyer Education Centre will continue to teach as usual.

When Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in effect, High Flyer Education Center will not open.

當1號或3號熱帶氣旋警告信號生效時，直升教育中心照常上課。

黃色及紅色暴雨警告，直升教育中心照常上課。

當黑色暴雨警告、8號或以上的颱風信號正在懸掛，直升教育中心停止開放。

安排依照教育局公布為準。

When the Hong Kong Observatory announces that it will change to "No. 8 or above Typhoon" in the next 2 hours, or will issue a "Black Rainstorm Warning Signal", all activities will be cancelled during this period.

當天文台宣佈在未來2小時內將改掛「八號或以上風球」，或將會發出「黑色暴雨警告訊號」，在此期間，所有活動全部取消。 

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a "No. 8 or above Typhoon Signal", in order to ensure the safety of all students in the center, please remain in the centre until it is safe or accompanied by your parents/guardians before leaving the centre.

如天文台發出「八號或以上風球」，為保障各身處中心的學員安全，請仍然留在中心，直至安全情況或有家長陪同下，方可離開中心。

Two hours after the Hong Kong Observatory removes the "No. 8 or above Typhoon Signal" or the "Black Rainstorm Warning Signal", all activities and center operations will return to normal; however, the centre may decide whether to continue the activities based on actual conditions.

當天文台除下「八號或以上風球」或「黑色暴雨警告訊號」後兩小時，所有活動及中心運作將會回復正常; 惟中心可按實際情況而決定活動是否繼續進行。

Except for homework tutoring classes, if the class is cancelled due to bad weather, we will arrange make-up classes. For classes affected by homework tutoring classes, our centre will not arrange make-up classes and will not refund.

除功課輔導班外，若課堂因惡劣天氣取消，我們將會安排補課。功課輔導班受影響之課堂，本中心並不會安排補堂，亦不退款。

The above arrangements are for general reference only. In any case, participants and parents should consider the weather, road and traffic conditions in various regions to decide whether to go to our centre for class. No make-up classes or refunds will be given for missed classes and activities under this circumstance. 

以上安排，只作一般參考。在任何情況下，參加者及家長應考慮各地區之天氣、道路及交通等情況，以決定是否前往本中心上課。凡在此情況下缺席課堂及活動，均不獲補課或退款。
